Certificates are issued immediately after receiving a 70% or greater on any test, and after completing course evaluation.

Can I receive a refund if I change my mind about a course?

Yes refunds are 100% refundable prior to completing the course evaluation

The process for adding courses to your account are as follows:

Log on to your account
Choose the course that you want, click on the "Add to my account" button next to the course.
On the "Course Description" page, click on the "Add to my account" button again.
Click on "My account" and your courses will be listed
